dbl/rdbl    =    1^st answer

pass    =    2^nd answer

other    =    3^rd, 4^th, etc. answer

This is valid over opps' interventions up to 3♦ (over 1♥ opening) or 3♥ over 1♠ opening.

Later RE's (Jacoby bidder) doubles and redoubles are for penalty
