Unserious 3NT

After we found a M fit on level 3 and we are in GF situation, following rules apply (for both, OP and RE): 

- cue bid    =   control and SI; asks partner to cue or bid 3NT to show minimal values

- 3NT (unserious)    =    not minimum, but no SI

- 4M    =     minimum, no SI
