Our company made various motors, all motors we do, are in high efficiency class with very high power to weight ratio.
Formula 1 alternator
Rotating at 14 000 rpm the alternator on the picture is rated 96%+ efficiency, also at almost 1kW output it weighed less then 330g. It did have hollow rotor, in order to be mounted directly to the shaft.
CO-Step stepper motor
Stepper motor still have same rotor as any other motor, but the winding and iron was changed to reduce losses and noise. At same current the torque was much higher than conventional stepper motor.
3 High speed 3 phase motor
Motor was developed for medicine use, to drill or cut. It uses 3 phases and can rotate up to 500 000 rpm. Motor uses cheramic bearings.
3 50Nm 3 phase motor
This is 3 phase motor with concentrated winding, also with permanent magnets. The nominated speed is 1500rpm.
