We double Opp's artificial bids

Double over artificial support bids (Bergen, Drury etc.) is for TO for the original suit (example: Bergen (1M) - pass - (3m) - dbl is for T/O for the M)

Double over artificial bid (Stayman, transfers etc.) 

    - levels 1, 2 and 3 promise 5+ cards of indefined quality

    - level 4 and above is lead directing (honours, indefined length)

Double over Splinter bid asks for a lead in the lower of remaining suits.
