Q    from    Qx, QJ, QJ..., exceptionally AKQxx (Bato Convention)

J    from    Jx, J10, J10..., AJ10..., KJ10...

10    from    10x, 109, 109..., A109..., K109..., Q109...

9    from 98...

Hi x    from    Xx

Lo x    from xxX

- we lead 3^rd (even cards in the suit) or low (odd cards in the suit)

- from spots we lead 3rd, except when we have supported the suit - then we lead highest

- lead of a King if 4♥ doubled or above requires count
